In a preview of Ultimate Spider-Man #3, Peter Parker opens up about his other life as a superhero with his daughter May, who recently discovered that her father was none other than Spider-Man. However, his daughter May is the one who warns him that the way he looks right now is too scary to protect New York City. For this reason, both put their minds together to make different alternative suits that Peter Parker can wear against Spider-Man's best-known villains.
Peter Parker tests with up to four new suits that are very different from each other, but which at the same time are very similar to others that we have already seen in the official canon of Universe-616. One of them is reminiscent of his time as Superior Venom, and another is none other than a renewal of Ben Reilly's suit that was seen during the 90s. Although he had many options to choose from, the preview seems to suggest that Peter Parker is settling on the iconic red and blue suit as his main look for future issues.
The Ultimate Spider-Man comic series is set in the new Earth-6160 continuity that The House of Ideas has proposed. This reality was attacked by the villain known as The Maker, the evil version of Reed Richards, who used his knowledge of history to go back in time and reshape reality at will. The Maker was able to fracture the world for his own benefit, giving domains to different villains to rule under his imperial rule. In this world, Captain America was never freed from the ice, Loki rules Asgard and holds Thor prisoner, and Peter Parker was never bitten by a radioactive spider.
The Ultimate Spider-Man #3 comic is now available.
