Jort Kelder wins appeal over fake ads on Google

Jort Kelder has won his lawsuit against Google after almost four years. The court in Amsterdam ruled on Tuesday that the company did not do enough in 2020 to prevent fraudulent advertisements with Kelder's image. These were advertisements that led to websites of bitcoin fraudsters.
