Nintendo has released a new trailer for the highly anticipated Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, arriving on March 20th. The video, which you will find at the end of the article, will allow us to give a brief preview of the new contents that we will find in this edition. As previously mentioned, the title has not only undergone several technical improvements, but new narrative elements have been added with new characters and even Skells to unlock that have never been seen before.

The year is 2054. Earth has been destroyed by an intergalactic war between two alien races, and humanity is on the brink of extinction. A small group of survivors, aboard the White Whale ship, crash lands on the vast and pristine planet Mira. It will be up to players, who will play a BLADE agent, to help humanity recover from the brink of destruction.
Mira is a vast alien world, featuring vast oceans, vast grassy plains, towering mountain ranges, exotic jungles, and more, each with their own secrets to discover and dangers to face. Players will be able to move freely across the planet’s surface, explore huge areas, watch ecosystems come to life and encounter a variety of gigantic, unknown creatures that can be fought to obtain valuable resources.
After proving they have what it takes to be a BLADE agent, players will have the right to pilot and customize their own Skell – a powerful exoskeleton capable of flight, transforming into a fast travel vehicle and demonstrating immense strength in combat.
