Xbox announces its partnership with LG to expand its Cloud Gaming service, which will soon arrive on the company’s Smart TVs. Thanks to the new Gaming Portal app, which will become available on some LG Smart TV models, it will be possible to enjoy all the Xbox Game Pass titles that support Cloud features.

LG AND XBOX: COLLABORATION STARTS TO EXPAND THE CLOUD GAMING EXPERIENCE ON LG SMART TVs
With the new Gaming Portal, LG expands the selection of games available on TVs to include Xbox Cloud Gaming titles
LAS VEGAS, January 6, 2025 — LG Electronics(LG) announced a partnership with Xbox that will offer access to hundreds of games directly on LG Smart TVs(1) via the Xbox app that will be featured on the new Gaming Portal(2 ).
Gaming Portal will in fact become a hub-in-one capable of offering fluid navigation and a personalized gaming experience, both for the most recent AAA games and for those present on the webOS app.
All LG Smart TV users who are passionate about gaming will soon be able to explore the Gaming Portal and have direct access to hundreds of games with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, including the most famous titles such as Call of Duty®: BlackOps 6 and the most anticipated releases such as Avowed. With Game Pass Ultimate, users will also be able to stream some of the games they own from a select catalog, such as NBA 2K25 or Hogwarts Legacy.
