SEGA and developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have released a 35-second “pre-development concept video” for the new VIRTUA FIGHTER announced at The Game Awards 2024. The video was described as an “in-engine footage” created before beginning of development and they are keen to specify “it is not real gameplay”. Actual gameplay and characters may differ from what is shown.
The official title, platforms and release date of the new VIRTUA FIGHTER project have not yet been announced.
