The Nintendo Switch 2 leaks don’t stop. Although for a long time they thought that the next Big N console was going to have a unique name, everything indicates that this will not be the case. Now, new information has revealed the console’s logo, something that could disappoint more than one person who was expecting something more complicated.
According to necrolipe, a famous insider, the next Big N console will be named Nintendo Switch 2. Along with this, a source that claims to be reliable shared the platform’s logo, which is identical to that of the Nintendo Switch in these moments, but with a 2 next to the Joy-Con symbol.

This is something that could disappoint more than one person. For a long time it was thought that the Nintendo Switch 2 was going to have another name and, similar to the company’s previous consoles, offer something never seen before. However, all the leaks have indicated that this would not be the case, and instead we would be facing a more traditional update.
Let us remember that this is the first console with Shuntaro Furukawa at the head of Nintendo, so the constant innovations and risky decisions that characterized Satoru Iwata would no longer be so constant in this particular aspect. We have to give ourselves to the idea that the Switch 2 will be a more traditional console, in the sense that, mainly, we will see a Switch with greater power. This is more than enough for some, but some people probably want to see a revolution, something that is not easy to do every generation.
