We still haven’t seen the second season, which is already available, and Netflix just told us at the end of the year that Squid Game 3 is coming, which is going to be released sometime in 2025.
The Squid Game 3 was announced through Netflix’s social networks and shows us in its first teaser image two of those dolls that caused so much pressure on the protagonists of the series.
The only details we have are the names of Young-Hee and Chul-Sul and a second post from X that tells us: “Don’t ask, just enjoy it.”

Let’s not lose sight of the fact that the second season was well received by critics, receiving an 82% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes, while the public gave it a positive average of 64%.
With the return of the third season we can only wait for a trailer, more details and important information that we should know about this project. If it is going to return in 2025, it means that production is underway or, failing that, it has already finished.
