The first spoilers for chapter 1136 of ONE PIECE will soon be available online. Before discussing it, however, let’s make a small summary, where were we left with the previous pages, those of chapter 1135? Saul showed the mugiwara the Owl’s library, where all of Ohara’s lost knowledge is kept. Immediately afterwards the crew is taken to the center of the island to celebrate with the giant people. What will happen now? Is it possible that Loki will be freed?
Chapter 1135 was a decidedly festive chapter full of new entries in the One Piece panorama. The mugiwara, in fact, after being surprised by the majesty of the Owl’s library, are led to the center of the island to celebrate with the other giants. Above them stands the oldest Adam tree in the world and the community of giants welcomes them as if they were heroes, especially after the events of Wano.
We then see a very quick scene of the two intruders, who we glimpsed at the end of the previous chapter, who are heading smoothly towards Loki, probably to free him. It remains only to understand what the purpose of all this is. Finally, the scene shifts again to the celebrations where a new character appears: Jarl Mountainbeard, the oldest giant in the world and considered a great hero among the community.
What will happen now? Will these celebrations last much longer? What trouble have the mugiwara gotten into this time?
Spoilers for chapter 1136
Unfortunately, I’m afraid we’ll have to wait a little longer to read the spoilers. The publication in Japan of One Piece will resume in a few weeks. In particular, it will be officially published on Monday 20 January 2025 in Japan. Thanks to the time zone, Italian readers will be able to read it as early as Saturday 19 January 2025 and it will be available for free on platforms such as Manga Plus, which allow you to read the first and last three chapters of the series.
It is very likely that the new chapter will bring an in-depth look at Jarl Mountainbeard and his role within the mythology and tales of Elbaph. The legendary warrior will also be able to give us more information on the Ancient Kingdom and Joy Boy, further expanding Elbaph’s world building.
Another narrative line that we will probably see develop is that of the two intruders directed by Loki, in all likelihood we will see the realization or otherwise of their plan and their intentions. And finally it will also be revealed what Loki’s role within Elbaph is.
So we just have to wait and wait for the detailed spoilers to come out to know where Oda wants to go with this!
