As the weeks go by, the Switch 2 rumors do not stop, and both the specialized media and the fans are going crazy to know what the console is going to look like in the final design and, above all, to know the video games that will be released by part of Nintendo and third parties. In relation to the latter, there are supposedly new leaks of titles and companies that can jump on the ship of the new console from day one.
Rumors continue to gain steam after French retailer FNac updated its database with multiple listings related to the new system. Where it is mentioned again that there are a couple of models for sale at launch, which has been said previously there will be a Mario Kart 9 package.
The most striking aspect of these listings is the inclusion of software titles. Among them, a game developed by Take-Two Interactive stands out, although the name of the title has not been specified. With a catalog that includes franchises such as Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption and NBA 2K, its participation reaffirms its interest in supporting the next generation of consoles, and that perhaps games of previously unaccepted power will be present.
In addition, FNac also registered listings for other prominent developers, such as Bethesda (3 games), Electronic Arts (4 games), Bandai Namco (2 games), Square Enix (5 games) and Warner Bros. Games (2 games). This suggests that the Switch 2 will have strong third-party support upon launch, which could significantly expand its catalog of available titles.
Although Nintendo has not confirmed anything, the accumulation of leaks on internal platforms such as GameStop and FNac has fueled expectations among fans. With rumors pointing out that the console could be in advanced development, the community hopes that Nintendo will make a formal announcement in the coming months, finally clearing up the speculation.
There are no game names, but some of them have been mentioned to be Final Fantasy VII Remake, Visions of Mana, and even Gotham Knights, which would make sense given the companies that were mentioned.
