It is a fact that one of the most anticipated video games of 2025 is Monster Hunter Wilds, a game announced during The Game Awards 2023, with many trailers that were subsequently released until we are finally a month away from its official launch. And while players wait a few days, Capcom brings them a surprise to play ahead of time, but clearly not the full version that must be paid at the usual $70 USD.
One of the notable new features of this second Beta is the inclusion of an additional monster, which is added to the previously available challenges. Players who participate will receive a special amulet as a reward, which can be used in the full game upon release. According to Capcom, this Beta focuses on offering a polished experience, although some adjustments derived from feedback from the first test will not yet be reflected.
The times and dates converted to Mexico time are as follows:
– Weekend 1: From Thursday, February 6 at 9:00 pm to Sunday, February 9 at 8:59 pm
– Weekend 2: From Thursday, February 13 at 9:00 pm to Sunday, February 16 at 8:59 pm
The development team has been working to optimize aspects such as performance, weapon adjustments, and quality of life improvements. However, these changes will be implemented in the final version of the game and will not be present in the second Beta. Capcom appreciated the feedback received in the first test, which has been crucial to guarantee a high-quality experience.
With this new trial period, Capcom seeks to strengthen the expectation around Monster Hunter Wilds, a title that promises to revolutionize the saga with new mechanics and challenges. Remember that the game launches on February 28 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
