The long-awaited Honkai Star Rail update 3.0, titled Epic of the Nova Era, was released this January 1, 2025.
In this version of Honkai Star Rail, players will explore Amphoreus, a mysterious planet shrouded in chaos and Titan worship, while facing epic challenges and discovering new gameplay mechanics.
Amphoreus: A world full of mysteries and legends
Main story: The Astral Express travels to Amphoreus, a planet engulfed in the dark tide, where the twelve Titans shaped the destiny of the world. Players will explore the Abyss of Destiny, the sacred city Oqueima, and the iconic Vortex of Creation.New Mechanics:Use the power of the Titan of Time, Oronix, to step back in time and experience the Golden Age of Castrum Kremnos.Seize the Hand from Zagreus, a device to strategically explore and eliminate enemies.

New playable characters in Honkai Star Rail
Herta (5-star, Ice-type): Area Damage (AoE) Specialist with her Performance skill, which scales with stacks. Her ultimate prioritizes elite enemies, making a huge impact in combat. Aglaea (5 stars, Reminiscence type): Fights alongside her mnemod Elf Tailor, featuring a new bonding mechanic that combines strategy and timing.
Additionally, five-star characters such as Lingsha, Feixiao, and Silver Wolf return during special jump events.
