During the conference that Sony held at CES 2025, Crunchyroll announced the production of an anime series inspired by Ghost of Tsushima and the multiplayer spin-off Legends.
The series will be produced by Kamikaze Douga and directed by Takanobu Mizuno (Star Wars: Visions “The Duel”), while we will find Gen Urobuchi writing the screenplay. The anime will be produced in collaboration with Aniplex and Sony Music, with the latter taking care of managing the series’ soundtrack.
At the moment no further details have been released, except that the Ghost of Tsushima series will debut on Crunchyroll in 2027.
