The game that is causing a sensation if we talk about online multiplayer is Marvel Rivals, a third-person hero shooter where players compete in teams with the different characters of this franchise, it does not matter without heroes or villains with simple or more complex powers. And as the seasons continue, more well-known faces from the world of comics are joining, such as The Fantastic Four and even avatars that have yet to emerge.
They have revealed a first official look at the iconic vampire hunter called Blade. The presentation comes shortly before the start of Season 1 of the game, titled Eternal Night Falls, whose narrative axis will focus on the figure of the villain Dracula. Although a trailer starring him has yet to be released, recent artwork shows him facing off against the infamous vampire count in what appears to be the start of an epic battle in New York.
The image, shared by informant Miller Ross, shows Blade in full confrontation with Dracula, while the Asgardian monster Ratatoskr lies defeated at his feet. This trailer, which will be part of a gallery within Season 1, confirms the speculation that has swirled for weeks about the appearance of Blade as a playable character in the title developed by NetEase Games. However, there is still no exact date for its inclusion.

But the #FantasticFour won’t let New York fall to the undead without a fight, and they prove to be formidable foes in Blade’s absence. pic.twitter.com/eIceN8rX97

As we already mentioned, Season 1 promises a significant expansion of the playable cast. The Fantastic Four will make their debut, with Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Woman available from the start of the season on January 10. Human Torch and La Mole will join later, on dates yet to be confirmed. With a narrative that pits the heroes against Dracula and his army, the season marks an exciting starting point for new additions to the game’s universe.
Although the vampire’s prominence in this season seems imminent, the developers could still reserve his inclusion for a more appropriate time, such as a movie trailer for the MCU. If it does not arrive before the end of Eternal Night Falls, it is likely that it will top the list of new features for season 2, consolidating itself as one of the most anticipated additions by players.
The game is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
