A concept art leaked to promote Marvel Studios’ next big movie for the MCU, Captain America: Brave New World; has just given us a first look at what The Leader will be in the film, a character who returns after more than 16 years and antagonizes this film.

Not many will know this, but we will tell you a secret: Did you know that the supervillain Leader already exists in the MCU? That’s right, this antagonist had already been born at the end of the 2008 Hulk movie, where the character, Samuel Sterns; is forced by General Ross, aka Red Hulk; to continue the investigation of Emil Blonsky, the Abomination; but that goes wrong, causing damage to his head and brain.
Although, it is a little disconcerting that The Leader is the villain of Captain America: Brave New World without there being a Hulk, who is now somewhere in the MCU but not in this movie; It doesn’t make that much sense, since this character doesn’t really have a reason to hate Banner, but he does hate General Ross, so it could work perfectly.
