Blue Box is an autumn spokon that is structured by romance, it is also one of Shuēisha’s main installments. The story was delivered in deux cours format, debuted in the fall 2024 season and returns in winter 2025. The last (12) episode left us with a hole in our hearts, as Chinatsu feels the betrayal of the “lie” by Taiki.
The couple from the debut series shows us new facets of support and motivation to continue growing. Blue Box is an anime that allows you to see the development of a healthy romance, inviting the characters to not lose sight of their life goals, inspiring each other to grow while forging a solid and stable bond.
The individuality and competitiveness of the boys is intertwined with the development of their feelings and generates a unique story.
“Same Blue” is the opening theme and is performed by Official HIGE DANdism (Spy x Family), on the other hand, Eve (Jujutsu Kaisen) is in charge of the ending song titled “Teenage Blue”.
Blue Box is run by Telecom Animation Film, the studio that will adapt the original manga to anime. It was confirmed that it will have 25 episodes that will be delivered in deux cours format.
The second course featured a new song and opening and ending sequences. The songs are “Saraba” by Macaroni Empitsu and “Contrast” by Tomoo.
Blue Box, when is chapter 14 coming out?
Episode 14 will premiere on Thursday, January 9, 2025.
The twelfth episode of Blue Box was titled “Girls…” and we saw Taiki and Hina go out to the fireworks. The girl is very nervous and the boy is somewhat uncomfortable. Neither expected them to have to attend alone, although she made the most of it. The beauty that radiated into the night left Taiki speechless.
The girl wore a yukata on the date, and while the flies were biting her, Taiki realized that she had put a lot of effort into combing her hair. He mentioned that she looked pretty and this made the young woman quite happy.
After that, Taiki went to buy something to drink and ran into Chinatsu-senpai, although he didn’t know that she had already seen them. The girl was helping a girl who had lost her mother. Upon finding out, Taiki offered to accompany them.
On the way they met Haryu-senpai’s partner, who is also one of Chinatsu’s oldest friends. She infers what her friend feels, and considers that she should be more sincere, however, Chinatsu is focused on the nationals and does not allow herself to think too much about Taiki. However, we slowly realize that she clearly has feelings for the boy, or at the very least, is very confused about it.
At the station, Chinatsu received an anime pin from the little girl they helped, the girl was trying to help her gain more confidence, after this, they both returned to their respective friends. However, Chinatsu began to feel uncomfortable and sad, she said goodbye to Taiki and he returned to Hina’s side.
At school, Chinatsu saw Taiki sleeping on the floor and opened up for a moment. She asked him if he was dating Hina, and how uncomfortable and terrible it is to be lied to. She also commented that if she had known, things could have been different, since, at the end of the day, she knows that Hina is in love with Taiki, so which assumes that going out to the fireworks cannot be in vain, but must mean something.
For his part, Taiki did not even find out about this, although he did feel a presence when he woke up, but he could not confirm it. What will Chinatsu senpai do?
The return of the series would have to help us clarify Chinatsu’s heart, from what she feels and also from what she knows.
On the other hand, chapter 14 that reopened the course was titled “An idea and return” and allowed us to see a conversation between Karen and Taiki. The girl asked him directly about his feelings towards her friend and while doing so she told him about her own love story with Haryu-senpai.
Haryu lost two of the three matches he had to win and was thus left out of the nationals, however, part of his relationship with Karen was narrated, both boys seek to accompany each other while they continue to grow. They give Taiki an example of how a relationship is possible without giving up on your dreams. What spark will this light in the heart of our protagonist?
Chapter thirteen will be titled “What kind of context?”, and will premiere on the streaming platform on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

“On the eve of the second round of Inter High, Chinatsu felt strong pressure against last year’s winning school, but Nagisa encouraged her and pacified her feelings. Blue Box: what is it about?
