Over the years, we have seen Vegeta transform into different versions of Super Saiyan. However, the power of the Phase 3 Super Saiyan had always been out of reach. Fortunately, Dragon Ball Daima has arrived to correct that, something that has fans excited.
During chapter 12 of Dragon Ball Daima, Vegeta faced off against Tamagami. While this fight looked like it was going to end with the demon getting the win, no one expected what we would see next. After receiving a strong blow, the Prince of the Saiyans used all his power and fury to achieve a power that many believed impossible to see.

Although Vegeta has achieved the power of Super Saiyan Phase 3 in Super Dragon Ball Heroes, this is the first time in the official canon that this character makes use of this transformation. Considering Dragon Ball Daima takes place before the events of Dragon Ball Super, it will be interesting to see how Toyotaro takes this into consideration once the manga returns to normal.
In the meantime, it’s nice to see fans’ dreams come true, and this leaves the door open for us to see more crazy theories come true. We can only wait to see everything that Dragon Ball Daima has in store for us. On related topics, Dragon Ball Daima will hit theaters with Spanish dubbing. Likewise, Buu has a new origin in the anime.
Author’s Note:
This transformation is no longer so shocking to those who read the manga. The Ultra Ego power is unique to Vegeta, and while it’s nice to see him as a Stage 3 Super Saiyan, this is something that will likely only have an impact on Dragon Ball Daima.
