It seems that 2024 was the year to break the curse of bad movie adaptations to video games. A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, like Indiana Jones, showed that when there is love for the original work, great and entertaining things can be achieved in their video games.
Here we are presented with an alternative story to the one we saw in the movies. Our protagonist is an asthmatic girl who must find a way to get to a promised safe area. But evidently the path is full of risks and the bloodthirsty aliens that hunt using sound.

If you watched these movies this title really does everything it can to make you feel like a survivor in this world. You must be very careful with the noise you make and this increases the tension considerably. It really is one of the most recommended video games that 2024 left us.
The Rogue Prince of Persia was one of the most ignored video games of 2024 but it deserves your attention
This 2024 saw the return of The Prince of Persia twice. On the one hand we had The Lost Crown which, although it sold little, had much more attention. On the other hand we have his brother The Rogue Prince of Persia which surprised us with a quite entertaining roguelike.

This game combines the stunts we expect from the prince with a rogue-like element that will make you want to restart his adventure again and again. This combined with truly engaging visual art makes it an experience that we consider unmissable. Despite still being early access, it has a lot of content, which makes us excited for its final release.
Still Wakes the Deep is one of those video games that we don’t know why it doesn’t have more follow-up
In the first months of the year, Still Wakes the Deep arrived simply to go largely unnoticed by most. However, when you give it a chance you will find one of the best horror titles of the current generation. In addition to a title that looks quite good taking advantage of the graphical power of the current generation.
Here you take control of an electrician who, on his last day of work, gets trapped along with other employees on an oil platform. Soon the harsh conditions as well as strange creatures begin to turn the place into a true hell on Earth.
