If last month we reported the news of the achievement of one million copies sold on the launch day of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, now GSC Game World announces that it has already covered the development costs of the game.
Speaking in the columns of the Ukrainian editorial team of Forbes, Maxim Krippa of GSC declared that STALKER 2 has already sold enough copies to reach the break-even point and start making profits. Unfortunately Krippa did not reveal the precise number of copies placed in the weeks following November 20, the game’s launch day, but stated that the project cost several tens of millions of dollars.
We remind you that STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl is available on PC and Xbox Series
