The Power Rangers could be getting a brand new movie. However, there is a negative side for those who expected a continuation of his most recent film in 2017. This new film will not be a sequel, but rather a total reboot for these heroes on the big screen.
The information comes from a couple of reports belonging to a couple of well-known industry insiders: Daniel Richtman and Jinsakuu. They both shared that a new Power Rangers movie is in its early stages of development and that it will be brand new.
Paramount and Hasbro were supposedly in talks to reach a deal for the past few months. Now it seems that they have settled on something and will continue with the production of this new film. Obviously there is still no information about the cast or its possible director.
