Having reached and surpassed the record number of 60 million users, the team of the mobile card game Pokémon TCG Pocket has decided to give us a great gift, announcing all the events scheduled for the Christmas holidays and the start of the new year. As reported on the game’s official website, in fact, there are numerous events that will keep us company during the holidays.
Among these, we have the collection of emblems themed The Mysterious Island (among other things, the first of these events began today) as well as a new type of event that refers to one of the most loved features of Pokémon GO, or “Massive Appearances”, during which we will have the opportunity to very easily obtain some of the most useful and interesting cards of the current meta.
• The Mysterious Island: Emblem Event (20/12 – 10/01): Participate in non-consecutive battles to obtain exclusive emblems.
• Holiday Event Missions (12/25 – 01/01): Log in every day to receive 12 Hourglasses or a Mysterious Island expansion pack. Unlocks a winter holiday themed frame.
• Massive Appearances of Lightning-Type Pokémon (12/26 – 01/01): Obtain Lightning-type cards more easily and take advantage of a new mystery draw with 5 Lightning cards, including Zapdos-ex.
• New Year’s Missions (01/01 – 01/08): Complete special missions to obtain 4 Mysterious Island expansion packs, 24 hourglasses and the Pikachu promotional card. Unlocks a New Year themed frame.
• Blastoise Bonus Event (01/01 – 01/15): Challenge the CPU and earn Series A, Volume 3 promo packs, with a chance to obtain Blastoise, Volcarona, Cinccino, Snivy and Eevee.
