Evangelion is one of the best-known anime in the world, the sophisticated story of the EVA pilots managed to impact the world in an impressive way and it seems that we could have a new way of seeing them, thanks to McDonalds.
A recent post on McDonald’s X’s social network gave hints of a collaboration. It is worth mentioning that the fast food chain has several works inspired by anime, ranging from Studio Ghibli issues to isekai titles, and others inspired by mecha.
The image shared by McDonalds Japan shows a minimalist design with a black background and very bright white letters. You can read the EVA project. Although we don’t have many more details, it is likely that we will have: from a special hamburger, to some figure or collectible card, and even some collaborative video, as seen in previous projects.
We will have to wait to have more information. However, little is known about whether the project will travel beyond Japan. Due to the popularity of Evangelion, it is likely that, depending on the type of collaboration, we will get news of this in other places where the fast food chain takes place.
Evangelion is a work that combines philosophical and psychological narratives and also tries to maintain the sci-fi format.
