The Winterfest 2024 event has arrived in Fortnite, bringing with it daily gifts for players. Among the prizes are two Christmas-themed skins: Santa Dogg, starring Snoop Dogg, and Yulejacket, a skin in festive colors. Find out how to unlock them for free during the event.
How to get the Yulejacket skin
The Yulejacket skin features a white, red and gold theme, perfect for the holidays. To get it, you will have to find the right gift and meet some conditions:
Where to find it: The Yulejacket skin is found in the tall green present with a red bow, located to the left of the lodge. Requirements: To open this gift, you must first open all other gifts in the event. This means waiting 13 days, since you can only open one gift per day.
The first opportunity to use the skin will be January 1, 2025, perfect for celebrating the new year. Don’t worry if you miss a day: you can still recover unopened gifts later.
By unlocking the skin, you’ll also receive bonus items like the Peppermint Paraglider and Yulejacket Weapon Wrap, both of which match the skin’s holiday theme.
How to get the Santa Dogg skin
The Santa Dogg skin, which sees Snoop Dogg take on the role of Santa Claus, is another free Winterfest prize. However, it will not be immediately available:
Where to find it: The skin is contained in a yellow gift. While no exact date has been announced, it will likely be available about a week after the event begins. Extra Items: By participating in the event, you’ll also be able to unlock themed items like the Snoop Bass Pickaxe and an exclusive Back Bling, perfect for completing Snoop Dogg’s holiday look.
