ROME – Two new preview series and tributes to Grisù and Lampadino e Caramella. Rai Kids, the Rai division dedicated to children and teenagers, will be present at the autumn edition of Romics, the International Festival of Comics, Animation, Cosplay, Cinema and Games scheduled from Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 October at the Rome Fair. A great four-day event ready to welcome a large audience. Rai Kids presents a preview of the new animated series “Anatane ei bambini di Okura” and “Alex Player”.
On Friday 4 October, at 4 pm, at the Movie Village (Pavilion 5), there will be a special event with the screening of two preview episodes of “Anatane ei boys of Okura”, arriving from Friday 11 October exclusively on RaiPlay and to follow also on Rai Gulp. The series, set in 2213, features the young Anatane, who discovers he has the power of invisibility and, with the help of his friends, opposes the Clunk dictatorship to free humanity. The series will be presented by the head of purchasing products of Rai Kids, Annalisa Liberi, and the editorial director of AnimeClick, Alessandro Falciatore.
On Saturday 5 October, at 1.15pm at the Movie Village (Pavilion 5), it will be the turn of the new Italian-French series “Alex Player”, focused on e-sports, featuring Alex Player, a 14-year-old video gamer, who tries to balance school and training to win the Land of Titans regional video game championship. The work, which is produced by Graphilm Entertainment, Cyber Group Studios and Rai Kids, will be presented by the head of Rai Kids’ Cartoons and TV Series Production, Annita Romanelli, and the founder and CEO of Graphilm Entertainment, Maurizio Forestieri.
During the event there will be two tributes to two Rai Kids series. On Sunday 6 October, at 2.15 pm, in Pavilion 8 (Sala Grandi Eventi), there will be the “Happy birthday Grisù” party, dedicated to the 60th birthday of the famous TV dragon – born from the creativity of Nino and Toni Pagot – who dreams of being firefighter and who has recently returned to Rai Yoyo and RaiPlay with a new series of episodes. Tiziana Martello, current voice of Grisù, the Raggi Fotonici authors and performers of the theme song and some representatives of Mondo TV, D-Hub Studios and Rai Kids, producers of the new series, will be present.
Also on Sunday, at 5.30 pm, in Pavilion 5 (Movie Village stage), there will be “Communicating is possible: Lampadino and Caramella, the inclusive cartoon”, dedicated to the cartoon created by Animundi with Rai Kids. Every day, in the new Kids&Junior area, located in pavilion 6, you can also visit the exhibition “Lamp and Candy: a MagiRegno as a guest star”, an event dedicated to the series that combines creativity and inclusion. The exhibition celebrates the many characters from the world of entertainment, sport, culture, music and business, who have lent their voices to this one-of-a-kind cartoon. Thanks to their contribution, “Lampadino e Caramella” becomes a symbol of social commitment, breaking down the barriers of discrimination and promoting a more inclusive and accessible world for all.
Rai Kids will also be present every day in the Kids&Junior area, where some of the most successful titles broadcast on Rai Yoyo will be shown in rotation. On Thursday 3 October, episodes of Grisù, Hello Kitty and Lampadino e caramel will be shown from 11am to 2pm, while those of Hello Kitty will be shown from 4pm to 4.45pm. Friday 4 October, from 3.15pm to 4pm there will be space for Lampadino and Caramella, while from 5.30pm to 6.15pm there will be some episodes of Grisù. On Saturday 5 October, from 4.30pm to 5.15pm the episodes of Hello Kitty return, while on Sunday 6 October, from 12.30pm to 1.15pm there will be space for Lampadino and Caramella, while from 5.30pm to 6.15pm it will end with Grisù.
