There are four races left until the end of the Championship and Ducati has no intention of stopping, if anything it is relaunching. In FP2 in Cremona the Reds have in fact shown off a new feature, bringing a longer swingarm to the track compared to what was seen up to Magny-Cours.
This new extended swingarm, tested by both Bulega and Bautista, allows for a greater range of use on the wheelbase. The aim is therefore to lengthen the bike in order to work on the weight distribution in order to, for example, load more on the front or unload better on the rear.
The initial plan was to test the swingarm in the Aragon tests last week, but unfortunately the test was cancelled. Iannone took care of testing it on that occasion, riding Go Eleven at Motorland.
