Bam Margera is in jail for violating the terms of his probation. According to CBS, the Jackass star has been charged with drunk driving and is being held pending a hearing.
Margera, 44, was given a six-month probationary period in June for assaulting his brother and threatening other family members. One of the conditions of the sentence was that the former skateboarder, who has struggled with addiction for years, had to undergo regular alcohol and drug testing. According to CBS, legal documents state that Margera failed to do so. He also allegedly failed to complete mandatory treatment for his addiction.
Margera has been in rehab regularly in recent years. In December, he said he had been sober for 100 days.
