After several months without any news from Lando, Donald Glover has finally spoken about the Star Wars project
Donald Glover has confessed how he would like the Star Wars film centered on Lando which is theoretically under development.
Donald Glover wants a light-hearted and fun movie
After a long period of no news, Glover told The Wall Street Journal what he expects from the Lando film, and although he does not reveal anything about the production, his statements indicate that the project is still alive.
“I just want it to be fun, and as a Star Wars fan, I think it’s important that there’s more fun. It’s so hard to have fun right now. It’s hard because there’s so much serious stuff going on, and those are the only things that connect us, oddly enough, so I understand why things are serious, but I think part of the human experience is that we have a responsibility to enjoy ourselves. And I feel like we’re missing something in that regard.”
Lando does not yet have a release date.
