Ostia, 12 September 2024 – This morning, 12 September 2024, at the municipal cloister in Piazza della Stazione Vecchia 26, Ostia, Municipio Roma X had the honor of meeting and celebrating, together with the citizens, the Olympic and Paralympic champions of our territory.
They took part in the event Rigivan Ganeshamoorthygold medal in discus throw at the 2024 Paralympics and Max Stano Olympic walking champion.
During the ceremony The athletes were given plaques as a sign of recognition for their determination and as a source of pride for our territory and for the entire community.
Among the winners: Rigivan Ganeshamoorthygold medal in discus throw at the 2024 Paralympics; Max Stano Olympic walking champion; Laura Rogora Olympic athlete in sport climbing; Antonella Palmisano Olympic athlete specializing in walking.
The event took place in the presence of the President of the Municipality, Mario Falconiof the Councillor for Ecological Transition, Environment and Sport, Valentina Prodonof the Councilor of Rome Capital John Zannola and of the entire Municipal Council.
