Traffic on the N35 was at a standstill this morning during the morning rush hour between Nijverdal and Wierden. Shortly after seven o’clock, three cars collided, completely blocking the stretch of road from Nijverdal to Wierden. Traffic came to a standstill in both directions. The occupants of the cars were checked and treated by medical personnel. Recovery vehicles have since towed the cars away, allowing traffic to move.
