Police investigation must determine whether a car fire on the Irenstraat in Vroomshoop was started deliberately. The fire in the parked car was discovered around midnight. The alerted fire brigade eventually managed to control the flames, but could not prevent the car from burning out completely. The car will be towed away today, after an investigation has been carried out around the wreck for traces of a possible arsonist.
