Marvel Studios’ Head of Broadcast, Television and Animation Reveals How the Idea Came to Change the Title of the Agatha Project
Brad WinderbaumMarvel Studios’ head of broadcast, television and animation, has explained how the idea to update the Agatha show under various names came about.
The title was always Agatha All Along
ComicBook asked Winderbaum whose idea it was to change the title of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series so many times, and how they settled on the current one. Below, we share Winderbaum’s response.
“Well, it was always Agatha All Along. We were like, ‘It’s going to be Agatha All Along. ’ And then someone said, ‘You know what? We should come up with a bunch of different titles to tease the audience. ’ We started out with something like, ‘We’re going to do it as a fake endorsement. ’ And they said, ‘Oh, we’re actually going to do it as a fake ad. ’ And so it went until it just got more and more ridiculous.”
With Winderbaum’s words, finally the topic of why Marvel Studios decided to change the title of the program can be considered finished. The series of UCM will arrive with two episodes Disney+ on September 18th.
