Whisky and tobacco at someone else’s expense: police are looking for this thief in Kampen

The somewhat portly man wearing a Nike cap and a 4F shirt first shows up at a liquor store in the center of Kampen. There he chooses a bottle of Jack Daniëls. Then he buys two packs of tobacco at a tobacconist on the Oudestraat, then uses the stolen card to make another trip to a butcher in the center and then comes back where he started. At the liquor store he buys two more bottles of spirits. When these have also been paid for contactlessly with the stolen bank card, he seals his action with a fist bump with the liquor store employee and walks out of the store cheerfully.
