Morrill responded to a video of commentator Tucker Carlson, who took the Cybertruck to the Maine hills and then got stuck in rough terrain. The unlocking feature seems absolutely necessary.
It should be added that, objectively, most Cybertruck owners have never driven a truck and have never even driven off-road, also because the majority of truck drivers know perfectly well that Cybertruck is anything but a real truck.
