The Misano weekend opens on the wave of Marc Marquez’s triumph at Motorland Aragon, on a weekend in which Marc has returned to being the Cannibal. Certainly now it is necessary to find continuity, as the rider himself admitted in today’s statements, admitting with great ease that a single GP cannot redefine a season. One who certainly arrives in Misano with an extra load of pressure is Pecco Bagnaia, a sort of home master of the track on which he can probably count on a number of laps completed far superior to that of most of his rivals.
Pecco certainly starts as the favorite, but he also knows he absolutely cannot make mistakes, because Jorge Martìn’s 23-point advantage risks becoming an even bigger problem. Between the two litigants there will then be the other contenders and in particular the ones under special observation are Marc Marquez and Enea Bastianini. The Beast missed the 2023 edition of the GP due to injury, but historically he has always been very strong at Misano.
Our Carletto Pernat and Paolo Scalera tell us in this news everything that happened in the Misano paddock, also making a comparison that is worth listening to between Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez.
