Valencia striker Rafa Mir has been arrested on suspicion of sexual abuse. The 27-year-old Spaniard was absent from training on Tuesday for that reason.
Valencia has confirmed the news from various Spanish media. The club says it will fully cooperate with an investigation so that justice prevails.
Mir was arrested together with another man after two women reported sexual abuse on Saturday.
