The extinguishing operations: from the ground the intervention of the Latina Fire Brigade and some volunteer associations
Latina, August 13, 2024 – A large vegetation fire concerned, yesterday, an area between Borgo Montello and Borgo Bainsizza. For the extinguishing operations, personnel from the Fire Brigade of the Latina Command were supported by a helicopter from the Ciampino Fire Department (dragon 159) and, from the ground, from some voluntary associations.
The flames seem don’t give Rome and its surroundings a break: numerous fires have been recorded, in particular, in the Capital in recent days and in the South Pontino area.
