The coach has just started his first season at the Austrian club and still has plenty to do: “I’m working on making them grow, on getting them to work together better. That the boys feel more comfortable with the style, that they know what is expected and can always fall back on that. Whoever we face, we want to play the same way. Whether it’s home or away, against a good or a less good opponent; we want to play our game, our way. You work on that every day so that our players can become the best version of themselves and beat the best teams.”
