The man was found by the police near his parent’s home
Rome, 10 August 2024 – The police officers of the Flying Squad and of the V Prenestino District, following the report of the presence of a disruptive person inside a convenience store, they arrived in the Torre Angela area, where they were told that a 56-year-old Roman man was bothering customers. The police, after stopping the man and having him checked, found that theThe 56-year-old was the recipient of a restraining order to his father and was subjected to the precautionary measure of the ban on residence in the VI Municipio of Rome. The agents found the man near his father’s housethus violating the obligations imposed by the Prohibition of Approach, therefore they arrested him. The Judicial Authority, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor’s Office, subsequently validated the arrest.
