It is still questionable whether Robin Gosens will actually play for Union Berlin in the new season. SkyAccording to reporter Florian Plettenberg, the 20-time German international wants to leave the Iron Ones. Recently there were rumors about Serie A club FC Turin as a possible buyer, but now, according to Plettenberg, a new interested party has entered the race: PSV Eindhoven.
The Dutch champions have already started talks with Gosens’ agent, and the club also intends to make an offer to the Köpenickers soon. For the new Union boss Horst Heldt, however, the matter is clear: he will not sell Gosens for 10 million euros. It remains to be seen whether PSV is prepared to pay this price. In principle, an immediate permanent transfer is possible, as is a loan with an obligation to buy next summer.
FC Turin is also said to be hoping to sign Gosens, but a transfer seems unlikely at the moment. Gosens is apparently reluctant to move to northern Italy. “It’s not a problem of salary, but of conviction. If there is no conviction, it can’t be done,” said Torino president Urbano Cairo of Sky quoted.
The change request was Gosens Sky According to him, it is not noticeable at the moment, but he is very committed in training. Most recently, he scored a goal in a 1:1 friendly against Real Sociedad. It seems conceivable that he will stay in Berlin if Union does not receive the requested sum.
