Paris 2024, Paltrinieri at the IOC Olympic Museum: Heritage asks for its swimming costume

Paris, 10 August 2024 – Gregorio Paltrinieri enters the IOC Olympic Museum.

Thanks to the Bronze medal in the 800 meters freestyle(read here) e to silver in the 1500 at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games (read here)the blue has become the first Italian swimmer to win 5 medals at the Olympic Games in three different editions.

IOC Heritage then asked Paltrinieri to donate his costumeto be preserved in the Olympic Museum in Lausanne as a relic of the Olympic Heritage Collections, to inspire younger generations and promote the Olympic spirit.
