An asylum seeker from Ivory Coast who has been rejected and who lives in a demolition house on Bernhard Zweersstraat in Enschede does not want to leave his house. The municipality of Enschede, which rents the house from the housing association, now wants to evict the man. But the asylum seeker is being treated unfairly, says his lawyer.
