Tarquinia 7 August 2024 – From art to theatre, from gastronomy to music. This is what the programme of summer events of the Municipality of Tarquinia offers. From 9 to 11 August, from 7 pm to midnight, the splendid setting of the “Felice De Santis” park will host the tenth edition of “Tra i rami dell’arte”, the exhibition dedicated to contemporary culture, painting, sculpture and photography. On 9 August, at Palazzo Bruschi, at 5:30 pm, the exhibition “Buttarsi nel silenzio. La passeggiata nei Giardini di Alessio Paternesi continua” will be inaugurated. The exhibition (free admission) can be visited every day from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, until 31 August.
On August 9th and 10th, in Tarquinia Lido, the second edition of “La festa del cacciatore” will be held, with game tasting.
At the San Marco cloister, a double date with the amateur theater festival: on August 9, at 9:30 p.m., “Il vizio di papà” by the Gli Sfollati company will be on stage; on August 10, at 9:30 p.m., the Teatro popolare di Tarquinia company will perform “Due colpo di piccone”.
In Tarquinia Lido, on August 11, from 4 pm until late at night, you can dance on the free beach of Piazza delle Naiadi with the Summer HOLI 2024 Festival, the most anticipated musical happening of the summer organized by Sottosuono EventGroup. The calendar of summer events is created with the contribution of the Lazio Region and the collaboration of the local associations.
