Riot Games’ decision to exploit League of Legends beyond just MOBA and Auto-battle is certainly a creative decision that deserves to be welcomed. With the popularity among the general public that was also achieved through the success of the animated film ARCANE whose second season should have been launched this year, anticipation for what kind of creative projects Riot Games has planned is certainly strong. Of course, one of the interesting ones for the fighting game community is 2XKO with some initial impressions that sound positive. Now, Riot has come with two new confirmations.
Along with the upcoming alpha test, Riot Games has come up with confirmation of two features that it will be presenting, one of which may disappoint some gamers. The first and most welcomed? Of course, the presence of rollback netcode as the basis for a smoother and more fluid competitive multiplayer experience. The second confirmation? That like other Riot games, it also implements the Vanguard Anti-Cheat system which a group of gamers have complained about affecting the performance of their machines. Riot Games believes 2XKO will be the spearhead to ensure this game remains competitively safe.
