When it comes to PS5 video games (despite not being an exclusive per se due to the fact that it has a PC version in development), it must be said that Phantom Blade Zero is one of the titles that is causing the most expectation, to the point that this title that is being developed by S-Game was chosen to close the last Summer Game Fest, so anyone can imagine the status it is slowly acquiring.
Now, despite the prominence it has had during these months in one way or another, to the point that we have even been able to see an incredible gameplay of more than 14 minutes, the truth is that one of the great mysteries of Phantom Blade Zero revolves around its launch window, of which no data or details have been given to date. And it seems that the latest news has made us realize something: it is better to wait for the title seated.
Phantom Blade Zero is expected to be released in autumn 2026
Under this premise, this video game, whose difficulty is being compared to From Software titles, seems to take longer than expected to be launched on the market, since recently the YouTuber known as Jor Raptor has uploaded to his YouTube channel, with the same name, some impressions of Phantom Blade Zero, which you can see below these lines.
However, the relevant fact has not been so much the impressions, but rather what S-Game has revealed to this youtuber, since in the video he has even stated that members of the studio said that the objective is to launch Phantom Blade Zero in the fall of 2026, which basically implies that there are still two years to go before it is launched on the market at least:
It’s worth noting that it remains to be seen when the official release date will be announced, although we do know that Phantom Blade Zero will have a big presence at Gamescom, so it’s quite likely that we’ll find out more at that event. Otherwise, remember that Phantom Blade Zero is in development for PS5 and PC, while an Xbox Series version is not ruled out according to its own studio.
