Indonesian national team successfully won the AFF U19 Cup after defeating Thailand with a score of 1-0, Monday (29/7). The goal scorer, Jens Raven hopes to get a call to the senior national team.
“As I said before, minute by minute is step by step. Now I feel very happy because I can lead Indonesia to win the AFF U19 Cup. I also feel like I’m in the right place. After this, we still want to realize several other targets,” said Jens Raven as reported by CNN Indonesia.
“I am currently focusing on defending the Indonesian U19 national team, but if I get the opportunity to defend the senior or U23 national team, of course it would be a great honor,” he added.

Jens Raven displayed a great performance throughout the AFF U19 Cup, he even became one of the top scorers with a collection of four goals. The 18-year-old player also successfully scored three goals assist.
After successfully leading Indonesia to win the AFF U19 Cup, the squad coached by Indra Sjafri will immediately prepare to compete in the 2025 U20 Asian Cup qualifiers, they are in Group F with the Maldives, Timor Leste, and Yemen.
