Ducati has opened the WDW 2024 dance, the great party open to all enthusiasts that like every year sees the arrival of Ducatisti from all over the world, with the presentation of the new Panigale V4 2025. A bike completely revisited in its lines, technique, electronics and ergonomics. The new S version weighs 187 kg, two less than the previous model, and gains 0.5 hp despite the more restrictive Euro5+ homologation.
The new Panigale V4 features a modified Front Frame (40% more laterally rigid and lighter, 3.47 kg versus the previous 4.2) and a new double-sided aluminum swingarm – Ducati Hollow Symmetrical Swingarm – has been developed, which has allowed the silencer to be kept under the engine. The new swingarm reduces lateral rigidity (-37% compared to the previous single-sided swingarm) and weight thanks to the two lightening slots. The seventh-generation Panigale V4 mounts new cast aluminum wheels with a 5-spoke Y-shaped design. The V4 S version instead mounts forged aluminum alloy wheels with 5 tangential Y-spokes, the pair weighs just 7.1 kg. In particular, the front rim is 150 grams lighter than the units mounted on the 2024 Panigale V4 S. The rims are fitted with Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP V4 tyres in sizes 120/70 ZR 17 for the front and 200/60 ZR 17 for the rear.
As mentioned, the Front Frame is lighter and has been re-modulated in terms of rigidity compared to the previous model; similarly, the seat post structure has been redesigned, integrating exhaust ducts into its design that extract hot air from the rear cylinder head. The Panigale V4 mounts a Showa Big Piston Fork (BPF) with 43 mm diameter upside-down chromed stanchions, fully adjustable in compression and extension hydraulic braking, and in spring preload.
For all the features, however, we refer you to our presentation article, now let’s move on to the price that you can find on the following page.
