Bek ArsenalBen White, is reportedly considering playing for the England national team after learning that Gareth Southgate will step down as manager after Euro 2024.
Ben White made a surprising decision when he withdrew from England’s selection in March 2024, ahead of the Three Lions’ friendlies against Brazil and Belgium.
The 26-year-old’s decision to refuse to represent the England team for two years was due to a dispute between him and assistant coach Steve Holland who made harsh comments to White.
However, the Daily Mail reports that White appears to be reconsidering his international career. Because, the Arsenal defender could play for England again after learning that Southgate and Holland have stepped down from coaching.
Although it is not yet known who will replace Southgate, it seems that it will not be a problem for White to be able to return to fill the Three Lions’ defense sector in the future, because his personal problems have left the team.
