Toprak Razgatlioglu continues his dominance: after the hat-trick in the Donington GP, the Turkish BMW driver replicates what he did last weekend by taking victory in all three races of the Czech Republic GP.
Race 1 of the Most GP began with a great start for both Razgatlioglu (on pole) and Alvaro Bautista, where in the melee of riders he lost the left wing of his Panigale in a contact and was unable to find the spark to get ahead of everyone. He found himself battling with Remy Gardner and Alex Lowes, who quickly overtook him.
Nicolò Bulega, Bautista’s teammate, recovers positions and arrives in the leading group fighting for the podium, but is overtaken by Petrucci, Gardner and Bautista. Alex Lowes also gets close to the Emilian but ends up losing the front and falls exiting turn 2. In the meantime Razgatlioglu signs the fastest lap of the race.
A heated race finale, with Petrucci and Iannone battling for second place. Petrucci prevailed by 141 thousandths, recovering from a terrible accident while training on a motocross bike.
