Flooding in the province: cars get stuck, streets are flooded

On the Getfertweg in Enschede, cars are almost completely under water. Further on in Enschede, at the level of the railway crossing towards Glanerbrug, the street is completely flooded. In other parts of Enschede, the sewer system could not handle so much water, causing streets to be completely flooded.
