According to a report from Mirror Football, there is an obstacle from his former club, FC Basel who do not agree to the clause regarding his sale to Bologna of 50 percent or the Swiss team will get from the fee of 50 million Euros.
However, Bologna apparently did not see eye to eye with Basel and rejected the offer. As a result, Calafiori’s transfer to Arsenal stalled.
