The schedule for the upcoming 2024/25 Bundesliga season was announced on Thursday afternoon. FC Augsburg will start its 14th season in the German top flight with a home game against Werder Bremen. “We are very pleased that we are playing a home game to start with. It is a special constellation that we have three of the first four games at home. We will prepare intensively in order to get off to a good start to the season,” said FCA coach Jess Thorup about the schedule.
The Fuggerstadt team’s social media department had come up with something very special to announce the schedule. Inspired by the American football league NFL, the FCA shared a video about its own schedule. In the NFL, it is now common for teams to come up with creative ideas to announce their own schedule to fans.
This year’s version of the FCA can definitely keep up with NFL level!
